James is a lawyer and a Chartered Supply Chain and Procurement expert. He holds a Post-First Degree Bachelor of Law from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, a Professional Law Course from the Ghana School of Law, an MSc in Supply Chain Management from Coventry University, UK, a BSc in Management Studies from Cape Coast University, Ghana, and a Higher National Diploma in Purchasing and Supply from Accra Technical University. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply, UK.
James worked with the Ghana Telecommunication Company Limited and Vodafone Ghana for 8 years, contributing to the evaluation and transformation of supply chain processes. At Vodafone Ghana, he held supervisory and lead roles in strategy design for supply chain management, logistics planning, inventory management, contract management, supplier performance, and sustainability initiatives.
In 2022, James joined Oak and Wuuds Law Firm, where he handles debt recovery litigations for Prudential Bank, First National Bank, Apex Capital, and Partners. He is an expert in property legal due diligence, collateral registration, vetting property documents for loans, property acquisition and disposal, and property searches. His interests include corporate governance, restructuring, property acquisition and registration, perfection of title documents for immovable property, and contract management.
