Peter is a Partner of Oak &Wuuds Law Firm in Accra, Ghana. Peter as a former Associate at Hesse & Hesse Law Firm in Osu advised Intel Corporation, Nokai Corporation and Vodafone plc’s acquisition of 70% shares in the then Ghana Telecom, A1 Marine in their acquisition of a vessel in Ghana as well as several local companies and institutions.
Peter has also worked extensively in advisory services for other financial institutions namely Guaranty Trust Bank, Absa Bank Ghana Limited, SG-SSB Bank, erstwhile uniBank Ghana Limited, Merchant Bank and Ecobank Ghana Limited in Debt Recovery services. Peter has also rendered legal services to African Heavy Machinery for its land acquisition as well as Agricon Global, a US based publicly listed company in its acquisition of land for commercial agribusiness purpose.
Peter was a key member in a major Government of Ghana Public Private Partnership agreement with Aikan Capital Limited to convert the Achimota Forest Reserve into an international Ecotourism facility. Peter was part of the team that represented the Ghana School of Law in the 2007 Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition in Washington DC, United States of America and the 2007 Commonwealth Lawyers Association Moot Court Competition in Nairobi, Kenya. Peter can be counted on by his advocacy skills, confidence and persuasiveness and the ability to satisfy client’s Instructions.
